South Western Centre Against Sexual Assault (SW CASA) is seeking a forward thinking, qualified and experienced professional for the permanent full time role of Team Leader.

This senior role requires skills that include the capacity to lead staff in delivering high quality and responsive specialist services, and in fostering a strong and sustainable service. The successful candidate will have experience in providing supervision to a multi-disciplinary team, encouraging continuous learning and keeping a focus on quality client outcomes.

SW CASA provides a service focussed on addressing the personal impact of sexual assault and family violence but also offers professional and community education to reduce the incidence of and improve the community’s response to these issues.
