Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant for this role will use their comprehensive understanding of organisational systems, quality management systems, D.H.H.S. quality standards and sound knowledge of the ISO Quality Management System to take responsibility for, and progress WestCASA's:
- quality and accreditation functions
- risk management and compliance;
- strategic partnerships
- implementation and evaluation of programs;
- submission, grant and tender writing.
- organisational systems
The role does encompass a range of expertise and skills, and there will be periods of time where focus may be predominantly on one key section of business activity.
The position will be pivotal in driving organisational efficiency and capacity, and assisting the CEO in the delivery of strategic and organisational priorities. It will provide leadership and guidance in all areas of strategic business development, relevant to the Vision, Mission, Objectives of WestCASA.

This position is permanent part-time 0.8 FTE, dependent on funding, and subject to a 6 month probationary period.
Salary is paid in accordance with Western Region Centre Against Sexual Assault Inc (WestCASA) Employees Enterprise Agreement 2016 – 2020, classified as Project Worker, Grade 2, Year 1 - 5 (commensurate with experience)
